It was the first triathlon I had ever done and based on todays experience certainly will not be the last! I had such an amazing day and the event was just about as professional as any sporting event I can say I've ever been to. The Stewards were simply brilliant, providing all the right information for a beginner like me but also providing lots of support all way around the course- which was very much appreciated. On top of that I was very surprised (in a good way) at just how much good will and support all the other competitors provided. To be honest I couldn't speak more highly of the day and I just wanted to let you and your colleagues know that it was very much appreciated. I hope you enjoyed it as much as i did! Kindest regards Ian walker (163)
Thank you from a triathlon newbie. Brilliantly organized and THANKYOU to all the marshalls. p.s any tips on getting the tattoo sticky off your arms. - even tried some vodka this morning!! Zoe Elliott (TOP TIP: cotton wool with baby oil is great for sticky remnants)!!
A massive thank you to Keith, Zoe and all the team from myself and Samantha Tyacke for making her first Triathlon an amazing experience. So friendly encouraging and helpful one and all. You even made mum and dad feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Andy Smith
