Entered for UK Tri's Ultimate Iron Distance Triathlon on July 3rd 2016, I prepared for it by following Don Fink's 30 week program from his Be Iron Fit publication. Previously I have done quite a few Sprint Tri's at Nantwich and Chirk. Some Olympic distances At Ellesmere, Whitchurch and Chester before stepping up to the middle distance event in Bala and the Ultimate Half at Dearnford. I've also raced a few 10kms, Half Marathon and my greatest achievement the 2013 Chester Marathon in just under 5 hours. I'm hoping to get that down to under 4:30 when take part in the 2017 London Marathon.More
